Immobiliare SL specializes in real estate valuation and consultancy, acting as an intermediary in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. As part of our expansion in the regional market, we are looking for talented sales professionals to strengthen our team in Locarno.

Requirements:

• Passion, talent, and genuine interest in the real estate sector.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in the following languages:
  • Italian (native or fluent)
  • German (native or fluent)
  • Knowledge of a third language is an advantage (English and/or French).
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, superiors, and colleagues.
• Strong goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Owns a vehicle and has good knowledge of the local and Ticino real estate market.
• Experience in sales and ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
• Personal network.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Additional skills (preferred but not essential):
  • Professional use of social media for real estate marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies applied to the real estate sector.
  • Experience with CRM systems for client management.

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition and management of new brokerage mandates to be added to our portfolio.
• Sale of residential and commercial properties.
• Direct client management from the initial contact to the closing of the deal.
• Preparation and updating of sales documentation.
