Immobiliare SL is a company specialized in real estate consulting and property management. We operate professionally in brokerage, building administration, and real estate advisory services.
To strengthen our administrative department, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our office in Muralto (Locarno).

Requirements

• Commercial or accounting education (Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in Commerce or equivalent)

• Previous experience in accounting and administrative management of rental properties

• Excellent command of Italian and German (spoken and written, native or fluent level) – essential for the role

• Precision, reliability, and ability to work independently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, suppliers, and colleagues

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

• Knowledge of real estate management software is considered an advantage

Main Responsibilities

• Full accounting management of residential and commercial property portfolios

• Invoicing, payment collection, reminders, and service charge administration

• Administration of lease agreements and maintenance of tenant and property records

• Support in preparing financial reports and statements for property owners

• Direct communication with tenants, owners, and suppliers
